I'm not the type of person who enjoys bazaars. Crowds make me really uneasy, but I somehow pushed that aside at the prospect of food. I had a few things in mind that I was hoping to stumble upon, but I was a bit disappointed. I was hoping to find a stall that sold Theo & Philo Chocolates and maybe some macarons, but I didn't see any. Instead, I was really giddy when I saw some Marks & Spencer biscuits among the stalls. Mom treated me to one pack. I can't wait to try them.
One common thing in the bazaar was cupcakes. There were loads of them. Mom and I ended up buying some from three different stalls. She gave a box from the third stall we visited to one of her friends. I wanted to try all of them even if I'm not even fond of cupcakes. We seriously bought more than we should've. Who couldn't resist, anyway? We were like moths that were attracted to a burning flame. Just look at the colorful display of tasty pastries.
They allowed me to taste some of their other flavors. I really regretted it because there was this one flavor that tasted so good. I think it was parmesan. I wanted to get that one instead, but it was too late. I couldn't bring myself to buy another one anymore so I had to move on. I swear, I'm gonna hunt that flavor down the next time I encounter a Chef Tony's stall.
I wish I could've stayed longer and bought more food, but I have two younger brothers who were waiting for me at home. I really hope that there's gonna be another Christmas bazaar to look forward to. I can never say no to food. ^_^
